Worry-Free Pricing™ is an innovative, fixed-rate program offered exclusively at Quail Ridge. No buy-in, entry or endowment fees. They don’t use “points” or “tiers” or “levels” to escalate fees. That’s a rare find in an industry known for complex and murky pricing structures and mandatory “add-ons” which can cause numerous problems for consumers and operators alike. Rates are subject only to an annual Cost of Living Adjustment.

MONTHLY FEES INCLUDE:

• Private apartment with kitchenette plus an individually controlled thermostat
• Three home-cooked meals plus nutritional snacks
• Licensed nurses on-site
• All utilities including cable TV (personal telephone is extra)
• 24-hour emergency call system
• Scheduled transportation to doctor appointments, shopping and banks
• Personal housekeeping and laundry service weekly
• Social, spiritual and recreational programs, services and activities

At Quail Ridge we also provide these personal care services at
no additional charge:

• Administration, supervision and storage of medications (cost of your personal medications not included)
• Assistance with activities of daily living such as dressing, grooming and bathing/showering
• Staff member escorts to meals and activities
• Verbal reminders for meals and/or activities
• Assistance with setting appointments (doctor, dentist, beauty shop, etc.)
