Our Assisted Living Facility provides complimentary and customizable Nutritional and Dietary Counseling services for all our residents. Quail Ridge has a full service kitchen called Covington's Restaurant that offers different menu items, open from 7am - 7pm. Residents, guests and family can order from this menu. Dessert is different every day and there are daily entree specials for a true dining experience.
